Muslims have always relied on the Qur’an, the sacred text of Islam, for moral, legal, and spiritual guidance.
And we created all living things out of water. So they won’t believe?

The “Big Bang” event, in which the cosmos started as a singularity and then expanded, is frequently described in this verse. It is believed that the phrase “We opened them out” alludes to the universe’s quick expansion. Modern biological findings that show the importance of water for life. We know it are consistent with the Qur’anic allusion to water as the source of all life.
The Human Embryo’s Development
The Qur’anic references to human development in the womb, which closely align with current embryology, provide yet another noteworthy example. Surah Al-Mu’minun (23:13–14) provides an in-depth account of the stages of human growth.

The sperm drop was then turned into a clot, which was then converted into a lump of flesh. From that lump, we created bones and covered them with flesh. Then we made him develop into something else. The most wonderful creator, Allah, is so blessed.
The phases of human development are described in this text, starting with sperm and egg, progressing to a blood clot, a lump of flesh, and finally the development of bones and muscles.

In the early stages of the embryo, when the fertilised egg adheres to the uterine wall and manifests as a “clot” (the Arabic word “alaq” meaning something that clings or a clot). The description of the “clot” is in line with reality. From sperm and egg to zygote, embryo, and foetus, the early phases of human development follow a similar pattern of transformation. Based on modern embryology.
Although the Qur’an’s portrayal of human growth predates current science by more than 1,400 years. It closely resembles the stages currently acknowledged in embryology.

The Water Cycle
Another phenomenon mentioned in the Qur’an is the water cycle. Which is a vital system that keeps life on Earth going. “It is Allah Who sends the winds, so that they raise the clouds, and He spreads them in the sky as He wills, and He makes them fragments until you see the rain come forth from them,” says Surah Ar-Rum (30:48), which describes how rain forms. Then, after He has favoured one of His servants, look at them, they are happy.

The wind moving clouds, condensation, and the final downpour of rain are all mentioned in this line. The water cycle in contemporary meteorology includes water evaporation, cloud production via condensation,
and the rain that finally falls.

Iron’s Function
The Qur’an describes iron as a substance that was sent down from the sky in Surah Al-Hadid (57:25):

According to some academics, the phrase “sent down” refers to iron that was brought to Earth by cosmic events like supernova explosions rather than being organically existing.

In conclusion
Many people think that the Qur’an’s allusions to natural phenomena—such as the universe’s creation. The human embryo’s development, the water cycle, and the nature of iron—are in close accord with current scientific findings. These “scientific miracles” are intended to act as signals (ayat) for contemplation and reflection rather than as a comprehensive scientific guidebook. Believing that faith and science are complement rather than opposing. The Qur’an exhorts believers to study the natural world and pursue knowledge. For many Muslims worldwide, the connection between the natural world and the teachings of the Qur’an remains a source of amazement and inspiration as scientific understanding grows.
